Gifted and Called.
These are the women leaders in your church.
Their leadership will re-invigorate the church that is,
and help re-imagine the church that will be.
They nurture, and offer hospitality, strength, and perspective.
But they meet more challenges and receive less support than their male counterparts.
Lack of support affects their
engagement, mental health, and capacity.
The flourishing of these female leaders is directly correlated to the health of the church.
In addition, younger, Gen Z leaders need additional development and coaching:
upskilling of “soft skills” that are needed for them to serve their communities well.
You have an opportunity.
Your investment in these women can affect the trajectory of their ministry, and therefore the communities and people they will impact.
Imagine a space for them to show up where they are seen, understood, and encouraged. Where they can say anything. Where they are not one of a few women in the room. Where they are validated, affirmed, blessed, encouraged. Where they are reminded over and over:
You are called.
You are gifted.
You are not alone.
This is what the Pastor Peer Group offers for your female clergy and leaders.
